Dating Can Get You Into Trouble!!!!!
A Christian will say, well, "how can I get to know the person if we do not date?" I understand how you feel; I really do. I have been there; believe me, I have been there. Those who dated for a year and then got married; only lasted a few weeks, a few months or a year at best. Why? Because they followed their heart and flesh and not what God wanted for them. They wanted to do it their way and they became impatient. I have seen it happen, time and time again.
But if you do it (seek and ask God) the RIGHT WAY, God will bless you with a Christian Mate who loves the Lord, who fears the Lord, who believes in working and providing for their family, who believes in helping each other in all aspects of living together, who believes in being a mentor to others while being single (no sex) and then married, who does not believe in divorce, who says that after God, their family comes first and most of all will NEVER NEVER cheat on his/her mate.
WOW!!!!After all of that, I say WAIT ON THE LORD AND HE WILL!!! I SAY HE WILL, ANSWER YOUR REQUEST, YOUR PRAYER AND THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART!!! TO BE LOVED, CARED FOR AND RESPECTED AS A PRECIOUS JEWEL THAT ONLY GOD CAN MAKE, KEPT AND POLISH FOR HIS DELIGHT FOR THE BUILDING OF HIS GLORIOUS KINGDOM. THIS SPIRITUAL LOVING CARING JOYFUL SANCTIFIED UNION MADE FROM HEAVEN WILL LAST FOREVER.
Be blessed in the Lord.
These tips and suggestions are from someone that has been married (29) years and our marriage is getting better and sweeter as the years go by.
My prayer will be for your marriage that, "the Lord will continue to bless you and your spouse for many more years of happiness and joy."
"YOUR LOVE CAN LAST FOREVER!!!!!"
